The National Black Law Students Association

The National Black Law Students Association (NBLSA) is a 501(c)(3) corporation and the nation’s largest student-run organization representing nearly 6,000 minority law students from over 200 chapters and affiliates throughout the United States and six other countries.

Campus Ignitor

Our communities continue to be terrorized by substandard police practices and we call for our members to hold police departments accountable. As a voice of a generation and people that has long been mistreated and mishandled by police officers, it is up to the members of NBLSA to stand up for those who can no longer speak for themselves. We cannot let this problem be swept back up under the rug. We must show the nation that we are to be valued and that until an overhaul of the practices that have led to police officers to use excessive force against African-Americans, we will continue to fight.
